Jane App FAQ for Ballancer Appointments

What is the Jane App?

The Jane App is our new online booking system designed to make scheduling your Ballancer Pro appointments quick and convenient. You can book, reschedule, and manage your appointments all in one place.

Why is Perfect Tan using the Jane App?

The Jane App supports online booking around the clock, allowing clients to schedule appointments anytime, and sends automated email or text reminders to help reduce missed appointments.

How do I book a Ballancer appointment using the Jane App?

You can book directly through our Perfect Tan Jane App link or by downloading the Jane App from the Apple Store or Google Play Store.

Simply:
1. Create or log into your Jane account. 2. Select your preferred location – Sumas, George Ferguson, or Vedder. 3. Choose Ballancer Pro under our service list. 4. Pick your date and time, then confirm your appointment.

Do I have to book through the Jane App, or can I continue to make my appointments in-store or over the phone?

 You can still make Ballancer Pro appointments in-store or by phone,  the Jane App is there to offer you extra convenience—letting you book, reschedule, or manage your appointments anytime, anywhere.

Do I need to set up a Jane account to book online?

Yes! Creating a Jane account allows you to manage your bookings, view your history, and receive appointment reminders.

Can I book at any Perfect Tan location?

Yes! Using Jane you can book a Ballancer Pro session at Sumas, George Ferguson, or Vedder—just make sure to select the correct location before confirming your appointment.

How do I reschedule or cancel my appointment?

You can easily reschedule or cancel directly in the Jane App:

  1. Log into your Jane account.
  2. Go to Upcoming Appointments.
  3. Select your Ballancer session and choose Reschedule or Cancel.

If you prefer, you can also contact your Perfect Tan location by phone for assistance.

Can I cancel my Ballancer Pro appointment by email?

No! — Cancellation requests sent by email are not supported. Please cancel through the Jane App or by calling your location directly.

What happens if I don’t cancel in advance or miss my appointment?

We understand that plans can change! As a courtesy to others, please cancel your appointment in advance if you’re unable to attend. This allows us to offer the time to another guest. Missed appointments without notice will be counted as a session on your membership.

Will I receive appointment reminders?

Yes! You’ll receive automated email and/or text reminders before your scheduled appointment. You can adjust your notification preferences within your Jane profile.
